What do you think if we create fiducials on a block of wood let say like the figure at the left.
You would have a back and front design; on one side the fiducial and on the other the Logo of the project.
What do you think?
In my opinion this will make the fiducials more user friendly as in it will be easier to grab and rotate than a piece of paper.
hmm..I like, sounds good...in that case will need super thin wood planks (balsa wood maybe) ... and since we wont be using a laminator, it may pay to print stickers of the front images (pics of instruments)..to get them to look a bit glossy..

ReplyDeleteThe fiducial side of the block should be printed on plain paper so that no reflection is created with the laminating/glossy paper, and therefore will lessen the risk of bad results on Reactivsion.
Regarding the side of the instruments we could come up as you said either with stickers or maybe print them on photo paper for the glossy effect.
